Michael is a leadership coach, business strategist, and former executive with experience at PepsiCo, the NBA, and in international business. Throughout his career, he’s seen firsthand how organizations rise—or drift—based on the strength of their leadership.

“Why are you  worth following?” The late great NBA Commissioner David J Stern challenged Michael to rethink leadership.  He quickly realized that everything falls on Leadership. And it starts with self and becoming the best version of you that God intended.

Today, Michael helps leaders transform culture, unlock performance, and prevent people drift through practical, people-first leadership. His work focuses on scaling trust, building clarity, and strengthening the relational spaces that drive real business results.

Michael’s passion is simple: equipping leaders to build organizations where people don’t just show up—they fully engage. His book, Employee Drift, provides a clear, actionable roadmap for leaders who want to stop the silent slide of disengagement and start leading teams that perform at their best.

When he’s not coaching leaders or speaking to executive teams, Michael enjoys investing in the next generation of business leaders and serving in faith-driven leadership circles. He believes great leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about responsibility, influence, clarity, and trust.

He has a heart to see you “win”, and a business owner himself, he has been where you are now and has already accomplished what you want to accomplish.
